Artículo 352.
SON FACULTADES DEL PRESIDENTE DEL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL ESTADO DE GUANAJUATO:
(PÁRRAFO REFORMADO. P.O. 2 DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2008)
I. CONVOCAR EN LOS TÉRMINOS DEL REGLAMENTO RESPECTIVO A LAS SESIONES DEL PLENO;
II. PRESIDIR LAS SESIONES DEL PLENO, DIRIGIR LOS DEBATES Y CONSERVAR EL ORDEN DURANTE LAS MISMAS;
III. INTEGRAR LA SALA DE SEGUNDA INSTANCIA;
IV. PROPONER AL PLENO EL NOMBRAMIENTO DEL SECRETARIO, DEL OFICIAL MAYOR, DE LOS JUECES INSTRUCTORES Y DEL PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVO, CONFORME A LO QUE DISPONGA EL PRESUPUESTO RESPECTIVO;
V. PRESENTAR AL EJECUTIVO DEL ESTADO EL PRESUPUESTO DE EGRESOS DEL TRIBUNAL;
VI. REPRESENTAR AL TRIBUNAL ANTE TODA CLASE DE AUTORIDADES;
VII. DESPACHAR LA CORRESPONDENCIA DEL TRIBUNAL;
VIII. ELABORAR EL PROYECTO DE INFORME QUE EL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL ESTADO DE GUANAJUATO DEBE RENDIR A LOS PODERES DEL ESTADO SOBRE LA CALIFICACIÓN DE LOS COMICIOS;

IX. RENDIR, UNA VEZ APROBADO, EL INFORME QUE EMITA EL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL ESTADO DE GUANAJUATO EN TÉRMINOS DE LA FRACCIÓN VII DEL ARTÍCULO QUE ANTECEDE;

X. VIGILAR QUE SE CUMPLAN LAS DETERMINACIONES DEL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL ESTADO DE GUANAJUATO;

XI. VIGILAR QUE EL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL ESTADO DE GUANAJUATO CUENTE CON LOS RECURSOS HUMANOS, MATERIALES Y FINANCIEROS NECESARIOS PARA SU BUEN FUNCIONAMIENTO;

XII. VIGILAR QUE SE ADOPTEN Y CUMPLAN LAS MEDIDAS NECESARIAS PARA COORDINAR LAS FUNCIONES DEL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL ESTADO DE GUANAJUATO;

XIII. APLICAR LOS MEDIOS DE APREMIO Y CORRECCIONES DISCIPLINARIAS A QUE SE REFIERE ESTE CÓDIGO;

XIV. INFORMAR MENSUALMENTE AL PLENO EL ESTADO DEL PRESUPUESTO; Y

XV. TURNAR A LOS MAGISTRADOS LOS ASUNTOS DE SU COMPETENCIA; Y
(FRACCIÓN REFORMADA. P.O. 7 DE OCTUBRE DE 2011)
XVI. LAS DEMÁS QUE LE CONFIERE ESTE CÓDIGO.
