Artículo 86.
El Tribunal Superior de Justicia cada cuatro años, designará uno de sus miembros como Presidente, podrá ser reelecto, por única ocasión, para el periodo siguiente. En ningún caso la temporalidad al frente de la Presidencia podrá exceder al periodo para el que fue designado como magistrado.
El Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, rendirá anualmente, ante el Congreso, un informe por escrito respecto del ejercicio de facultades y atribuciones que esta Constitución y las leyes confiere al Poder Judicial, en los términos que disponga la ley.
Los Magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia al inicio de su encargo, rendirán protesta ante el Congreso del Estado y, en sus recesos, ante la Diputación Permanente en la forma siguiente:
Presidente del Congreso "¿Protestáis desempeñar leal y patrióticamente el cargo de Magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Poder Judicial del Estado de Nayarit, que se os ha conferido y guardar y hacer guardar la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la particular del Estado, así como las Leyes que de ellas emanen mirando en todo por el bien y la prosperidad del Estado?"
El Magistrado:
"Sí protesto".
El Presidente
"Si no lo hiciereis así, la Nación y Nayarit os lo demande".
El Secretario General de Acuerdos, los Jueces y demás servidores que señale la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial, protestarán ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia.
